My favourite is “What important truth do very few people agree with you on?” (credit to Peter Thiel)
Or a milder version: “What’s something you strongly believe that almost nobody else shares?”
This question can catch some people off guard and may even lead to pretty awkward conversations. However, in my experience it often led to chats that I remembered for years.
