This week brings improvements to streamline your presentation workflow, enhanced reporting options, and expanded language support. We’ve made it easier to integrate interactive elements into your PowerPoint presentations, introduced a new advanced reporting version for select users, and added four new languages to make AhaSlides more accessible worldwide.
PowerPoint Add-in Enhancement
Streamlined AhaSlides Integration
We’ve improved the PowerPoint add-in experience by eliminating the need to click “Start AhaSlides” for each new slide. This enhancement allows you to seamlessly integrate AhaSlides questions with your presentation content, creating a smoother workflow when building interactive presentations.
What’s Changed:
Single Presentation Flow: No more clicking “Start AhaSlides” for every new interactive slide
Seamless Content Integration: Insert AhaSlides questions, polls, and emoji feedback anywhere within your existing presentation without breaking the flow
One QR Code: With this new update, you can add individual slides rather than adding multiple presentations, and your audience scans once and stays connected throughout the entire presentation
Enhanced Presenter Experience: Perfect for training sessions, conferences, and educational content where you want to maintain engagement across extensive material

Reporting System Updates
Dual Version Release
We’re maintaining two distinct Excel report versions to better serve different user needs and performance requirements.
Version 1 (Default)
Available to: All users
Features:
Standard reporting functionality
No pivot source integration
Instant refresh with no delays
Optimized for quick access and basic reporting needs
Version 4 (Limited Release)
Available to: Select users in limited release
Features:
Enhanced data capabilities with pivot source integration
Expanded dataset access
Approximately 10-minute refresh delay for comprehensive data processing
Advanced reporting functionality for power users
Note: Version 4 is currently in limited release as we gather feedback and optimize performance. The refresh delay ensures data accuracy and completeness for complex analytical requirements. To request access to Version 4, contact us at hi@ahaslides.com.
Language Support Updates
We’ve expanded our language support with the following new additions:
Portuguese (PT)
Polish (PL)
Dutch (NL)
Latvian (LV)
These languages are now available across the platform, making AhaSlides more accessible to users worldwide.
