It would be nice to be able to copy slides to different slide decks even when you don’t “own” the deck (and don’t want to take it over).
Currently, even with grid view you can “Select” slides but all functionality is disabled, so “copy to” would be the obvious candidate to enable here.

Hi Martin,
Thanks for the suggestion!
Currently, it’s possible to copy slides between presentations after taking ownership of the presentation, even if you’re not the original owner. The original owner or another editor can always take ownership back whenever needed.
To help us better understand the request and share it with our Product Team, could you tell us more about your use case?
For example:
- Why would you prefer not to take ownership of the presentation?
- How often do you need to copy slides from presentations owned by someone else?
- Are there any workflow challenges caused by the current ownership transfer process?
The more details you can share, the more helpful it will be for our team when evaluating this improvement.
