AhaSlides now does eLearning: introducing Courses πŸŽ“

Turn your presentation into a course, and see who finished it.

Some of what you teach does not fit into one live session: the onboarding every new starter needs, the yearly compliance refresher, the product training you run again every quarter. Until now, once you had shared the slides, you had no way of knowing who actually worked through them.

Courses changes that.

:graduation_cap: What’s new

Courses lets you build self-paced learning right inside AhaSlides. A course is made of lessons, and each lesson is made of pages you build from blocks: text, images, video, lists, flashcards, knowledge checks and sorting activities. Learners go through it in their own time, and you see how far each of them got.

:sparkles: Three ways to start

  1. From a prompt: describe the course you want, and AI builds it for you.
  2. From a file: upload a document you already have, and AI turns it into a course.
  3. From an existing presentation: pick one of your AhaSlides presentations and turn it into a course.

Then make it your own: rework the lessons, add blocks and drop in knowledge checks before you share it.

:link: One link to share, one portal to learn in

Every course has a single link. Learners log in or sign up first, so you always know who is who. Make a course open to anyone with the link, or keep it assigned-only, so only the learners you choose can get in.

Learners find all their courses in one place at learn.ahaslides.com, with the progress and status of each one.

:busts_in_silhouette: Manage Learners, built for teams

Running training for a whole team or company? Manage Learners keeps everyone organised:

  • Participants: add and edit learners one by one, or bring them in and out with CSV import and export.
  • Learner profiles and custom fields, so you hold the details that matter to you.
  • Groups: assign a course to a whole group at once.
  • Access control over who can open which course.
  • Collaborators: invite colleagues to a course with Can edit or Can view access.

:white_check_mark: Completion rules and the course report

You decide what β€œfinished” means. Set completion requirements, such as a minimum correct-answer rate or a minimum learning time, and learners can see them as they go. You can give each course its own thumbnail, too.

Then the course report shows you how it went:

  • Overview: the big picture for the whole course.
  • By lesson: completion and drop-off for every lesson, so you can see exactly where learners stop.
  • Learners: where each person is up to, with a full activity record for every learner.
