I have the slides published to my students. They take the quizzes the first time and it’s all good. When they take it again, they have and see their answers from before.
In order for them to retake the quiz, I need to reset the results.
Please create a setting\option where the user is able to retake and\or reset their results. Kahoot allows the students to take the quiz without showing the previous answered questions.
Additionally, either remove or have some other option on who takes the lead (found in the settings). Here is my issue:
-
I use a presentation in class where students follow along
-
I change the setting for students to work at their own pace
-
I change it back for another class
-
The issue is, most of the the time the setting is not changed back for student paced and the student are unable to work on their own, later on.
Thanks

Dear Mark,
Thank you for sharing your feedback and outlining your needs. I completely understand the importance of having the flexibility to reset quiz results and manage your presentation settings efficiently.
We’re excited to let you know that we’ve released** “Resetting the Results” that all submissions made by participants (for example votes on a poll, questions on a Q&A or emoji reactions) will be erased from your presentation. **We’ve got a quick guide to help with this process: Resetting Results and Clearing Responses.
Regarding the issue with the setting for who takes the lead, I understand how switching between presentation modes can be cumbersome, especially when managing multiple classes. You can now set up a self-paced presentation for your students by following the steps in this guide. This should make switching between different presentation modes much smoother.
Do these updates address the issues you were experiencing? We’d love for you to give them a try and let us know how they work for you. Your insights are invaluable, and we’re always eager to hear your thoughts and comments.
Looking forward to your feedback!
Warm regards,
Chloe Pham

Hi Pham,
I have same concern with Mark and the answers you provided is not what I expected.
On my end, I don’t want to reset and clear all responses submitted on a particular presentation for I wanted to retain the data of the previously submitted responses.
What we need is for an individual user (self-paced) can reset the result on their own and able to retake the quiz which is currently not possible. Hope it will be address. Thank you.
