PowerPoint functionality - adding an AhaSlides presentation into one add-in window

If I want to use the PPTX add-in, instead of presenting from AhaSlides directly, I can only present one slide. There is no way to present multiple slides.

Am I missing something? Or is this correct?

Hi, thanks for your post!

At the moment, the AhaSlides add-in on PowerPoint allows adding one AhaSlides slide on each add-in window at a time. You can add multiple add-in windows to the same PPT slide:

or add one add-in to each PPT slide:

We are also currently working on a new update, which will allow users to add the whole presentation into one add-in window. Stay tuned!

Hi,

I would like to inform you that it is now possible to add one AhaSlides presentation into one add-in window on PPT.

For more info, please check out our guide: Using PowerPoint’s AhaSlides Add-in

Hope this helps!

Kind regards,

Nathan

Hi,

I would like to start multiple Ahaslide presentations in a PPT. For example: quiz 1 (Ahaslides presntation 1) on slide 2 in the PPT and poll two (Ahaslides presentation 2) on slide 10 of the PPT.

If I duplicate the Ahaslides-add on sheet I cannot link a second Ahaslide-presentation. And if I combine both Aha-slides presentations and present slide 10, it will start at the first question again even if I have allready presented it in slide 2.

It would be nice of the add-on would support multiple Ahas-presentations in 1 PPT.

Regards,

Emil.

Hi Emil,

You absolutely can include multiple AhaSlides presentations within a single PowerPoint presentation. There are 2 options:

  1. On the duplicated add-in window, you can click the back arrow button on the top left of the slide, to return editing mode.

Then, you can click the same button to go back to the My presention page. After that, you can find the AhaSlides presention 2 that you want to add to this add-in window.

  1. Instead of duplicating, you can add a new add-in window on slide 10, and add the AhaSlides presentation 2 on it. You can add one slide/one presentation on each add-in window.

Please check the video attached, I added 1 AhaSlides presentation to each add-in window on a slide in PPT.

For more info on the add-in, please check out our guide article: Using PowerPoint’s AhaSlides Add-in
