How do I change my account password?

[tony_bennett]

Hi. I’d like to change my account password. How can I do that?

You could try searching their knowledge base. They might have instructions there.

Click on Knowledge Base in the community sidebar, search for “password,” and choose the article that best matches what you need.

Me too… can’t find it anywhere!! The instructions lead to nothing!

I tried this and changed my password successfully: Change or reset your password - AhaSlides Docs

First, on this site Live Audience Engagement Platform - AhaSlides you click on your profile icon on the top right corner. Then you click on your account on the first row with your name and email address.

It then sends you to this place to change your password

Take a look at my comment below. I found the instructions on password and changed mine
